John Vande Guchte, MD
Dr. John Vande Guchte, our PAHC Medical Director, attended University of Michigan for Med school and Oakland Children’s Hospital for his residency. He was a Pediatric Hospitalist for 29 years, primarily at CPMC and is affiliated with Town & Country Pediatrics on an ad hoc basis.
Olga Lemberg, MD
Dr. Olga Lemberg graduated medical school from Brown University in Providence, Rhode Island. She then came out West for her pediatrics residency at Kaiser Permanente Oakland Medical Center, and stayed an extra year to serve as chief resident. Since then, Dr. Lemberg has been primarily taking care of complex pediatric patients in the hospital and emergency room setting, but now is increasing her time in the PERC urgent care clinics. She loves to dance and enjoys the outdoors.
Dr. Juliana Liang attended medical school at UCLA and did her pediatric residency at UC Irvine. She returned to UCLA as a hospitalist attending caring for medically complex patients and teaching pediatric residents. She later transitioned to outpatient pediatrics and now works completely in urgent care at PERC. Outside of her work, Dr. Liang is an advocate against modern day slavery, raising awareness and support for human trafficking survivors.

DyAnn Chao, MD
Dr. DyAnn Chao grew up in New Orleans, Louisiana, and received her M.D. degree in 1999 as well as completed her pediatric residency in 2002, both at the Louisiana State University in New Orleans. After also living in San Diego, CA and Beijing, China, she decided to settle in San Francisco, CA. She enjoys traveling, photography, bike riding, and cooking.
Dr. Jacqueline Chak is a Bay Area native who attended Albert Einstein College of Medicine after graduating from Cal. She then trained at Children's Hospital of Orange County for residency. After staying for chief residency and a couple of years as an attending, Jacqueline felt it was time to come back home to the Bay.
